this dispute does not exist as 'zoomalia' is a a balkanized paper country in name only ... they dont exist on the ground thanks to the beastly clans

ps im sure the kenyan central govt and the autonomous jubaland region cant possibly have any disputes since they are part of the same country - the kenyan constitution will sort out any legal technicalities
