There is a green-line put there by the Italians that runs through Mudug. The border is a straight line west from 3 miles north of Ceel Dhanaan to Xabalaha Cirjiife in Galkacyo. The Italians did not allow the MJs to reclaim their lost land in Hobyo and Xarardheere, and drew a line separating the protectorate north, from the colony south.
