In a quest to create a national army, Jubbaland and the Federal Government have collaborated in forming a new division in the south. Federal institutions must have a foothold across the country, despite the political impasse at-least Mogadishu and Kismaayo are co-operating militarily and a deal to share revenues is on the table. Somalida must learn the art of politics, not the zero-sum game that has played out through-out the last 2 decades. If you loose one, take it on the chin and re-organize.

Actually, Kismaayo is very mixed...everyone lives there. Its more mixed clan than Mogadishu, for certain. I think Jubaland is going very well, I wish I was rich, I'd build the statehouse and military police stations myself.
