Nugaal and Galguduud

these two regions should be expanded by splitting up Mudug between them whereby north mudug gets incorporated into Nugaal and south mudug likewise gets incorporated into Galguduud
Only problem is which region would form a federal state with this expanded Galguduud as I can't see Hiiraan getting into bed with them

If puntland played their cards right, they can have upto three fed states 4 besha: jubaland, nugal and half mudug, bari and sool iyo cayn

I agree with this, by getting rid of region called Mudug all the problem is solved..
