cabdulqadir cosoble if he announces his candidacy is a possible winner for his money, ictisam-dj new alliance...

Out of dj, the only political group who has presence in the govt is ictisam such as the livestock minister, ambassador dahir geele and madame cosoble, his sister who has been included in the electoral commission of 2016.

Plus fahad yasin-hes ictisam, ex itihad with leelkase mother and mx wife-

Has connections with the ictisam of pl such ali haji warsame, one of his candidates for the pm post.

Him and abdirahman guulwade has clan connections with farah abdulqadir but they dont belong to the same school of thought as many wrongly think.

Hassan doesnt like osoble lakin waa iska duwooyaa!

He was leading the motion against him...I heard that he has been given some financial facilitation like puying some state assets including hotel jubba so their deal maybe involves in other things than hiiraan and middle shabelle.

Cadiqadir Cosoble and his sister can win this with their own resources with out even using the resources of any one else, Hassan Sheikh ndho baaqa uun bu qaba walaal, after being one of the main supporters of the campaign against him during the impeachment HSM bent over backward to do what ever to appease him and his group Gelle horta waceysle waaye and he is finally ambassador to Saudia, I doubt he will abandon his position to campaign in a place his people are a miniscule minority.

Lakin Khadija Cosoble was promised the chair of the electoral commission and as usual HSM reneged on that promise, all bets are off between ictisam and in particular cosoble and DJ.

Fahad Yasin walaa buun buuniya he aint shyte in comparison with Farah Abdiqadir, not in the same league or stratosphere saaxib, it seems since some somali journous made it al jazeera they are big tings all of a sudden?

Anyway if an Abgal candidate wins then game over for HSM in the race for the federal presidency, no one will allow three Abgaal presidents [Shabelle, Mogadishu and the Federal one] so i KNOW that HSM will fight tooth and nail to get a Hawadle candidate elected, but that will depend on where the capital of the state will be and with heavy weight Harti Abgal candidates in the running, odeyga is in line for another meeting with his German doctor.

Let's be realistic, unless HSM does something extraordinary, it will be very difficult for Xawadle to Win the presidency just for the fact that Gungundhabe will vote against them while Middle Shabelle seats will pretty much be entirely 85% seats go to Abgaal. In this sense it's almost a given Harti Abgaal will get the Presidency since Wacbudhan has the seat in Banaadir.

Xawadle asked for 2/3 of the seats because of the very reason you mentioned.

By the way if an Abgaal gets the governorship, will the capital go to Hiiraan?

Not a good idea, the capital should always be in the middle ground. I think Buulo Barde or Jalalaqsi. Always have your capital far away from your biggest city, and never have your biggest city as your capital.

Somaliland made this same mistake when they picked Hargeisa as their capital instead of going with Berbera.

There should not be any doubt that Abgaal would be the president in this legit state. The reason is Shebeelada Dhexe is more clan homogenous than Hiiraan. There is even a doubt that Xawaadle make up the majority in Hiiraan when in Shabeelada Dhexe, who is the majority was never in doubt. Think about Caliyaale, Balcad , and Warsheek are almost exclusively Abgaal cities. Jowhar is kind ddiverse with huge Bantu population. On the other hand, every single Hiiraan city has diverse clans.

Wish this state the best

Yeah, it's a must...and vice versa. It's either a Xawaadle or Abgaal leadership with the winning region foregoing the capital. Abgaal has Xamar so I personally think my folks would be better off with a federal state capital in their region.

I think the Capital location is 50/50 due to the International circle actually favoring Jowhar as its closer to the Capital and NGO'S can get in and out quickly. It also helps that the entire road from Xamar to Jowhar is Government controlled. At the end of the day Xawadle has the support of HSM but what is threatening their plan is the other clans in Hirraan. Gungudhabe is almost certainly going to vote against them and dont even mention Dir and HG
