One thing I agree with our intellectuals is that we are not any more in war stages and that we would have constitution, will resort to the political mechanisms but we have/will have a problem with dawladnimo
In my opinion, the dawladnimo will depend on the sort of the govt that we would have in the future, there must be leaders with national vision and less political agenda, then, simultaneously, the government will have bilateral relations with the rest of the world and the role of the clan-enclaves will come to an end
this govt had its own narrow political agenda wich had led clashing with the west/donors, therefore, it began relying on ethiopia, the enemy of the somali state!!
