Does this mean a senior special advisor to Puntland government will finally be able to collect his salary on regular basis?

read the news correctly u stupid mooryaan

It said WORLD BANK, where does ugandishu fit anyway?

not a loan read correctly.

galnus? what a joke.

it said JUBALAD PUNTLAND, where does galnus fit anyway?

village and half.

144 million is between JUBALAND and PUNTLAND which is nothing for both.

BOSASO alone makes 2 to 300 million in a one month alone.

samething also for KISMAAYO maybe little less.

Both are 2 COUNTRIES

Biggest priorities should be road construction. It is a huge shame that Somalia has entire regions with not one mile of paved road. The second priority should be the rehabilitation of the ports. Transport is the weakest link in Somalia economic chain, by lowering transport costs the profitability of existing business rises.

I would recommend a road linking Gedo with the main highway as the first step.

I would recommend the monies spended wisely and invest it in worthier projects such as building a much needed Disney type major theme park.

You may have a point.
I wonder how many million Somali children have ever been to a playground.
There is an ngo in Russia that only builds playgrounds in impoverished areas.
