As good as that sounds, i wouldn't want Lamagoodle's invading that city.

In the long term, its not really worth the trouble.

maybr have bosaso annex some bordering cities to make it bigger than make it the new capital.

why not build a new one in peaceful area,small german town where elites live,mogadishu will continue to generate 90 percent of gov budget.
