AND...the "Federal Government of Somalia" that claims to be representing ALL 18 regions of Somalia is completely silent. The Gadabursi have been defeated in 1991. Within few hours, the SNM rebels killed between 700 to 800 men in Awdal. That's just within few hours. The fact of the matter is, Isaaq is larger than Gadabursi + The SNM rebels were well armed and still are till this day, while the defeated Gadabursi have been placed on arms embargo by Ethiopia to punish them for their support for Somalia's Kacaan government lead by Major General President Muhammad Siyaad Barre (AUN).

It's time the Mogadishu-based government that is internationally recognized as the sole representative of ALL of Somalia to speak on the subjugation the SNM rebel group have on reer Awdal.
