I just got a word that UN secretary general Ban Ki Moon will send a delegation to Galmudug state to release the POWs on humanitarian grounds

AW, sxb this is how i heard the events unfolded.

-Puntland wanted to build a road from Garsoor to Baraxleey all the way to the Galmudug side of Gaalkacyo.

-Puntland didn't notify the Galmudug Administration about its project and just started building it.

-Galmudug told them what they were doing was illegal and to stop it until they had further authorization from dhinaca Galmudug.

They tried to commandeer a Galmudugood territory and set up a check point. This was a provocative action and an aggressive move to expand into GM territory. Galkavyo is effectively two cities and PL needs to accept that.

Road project is propaganda. They can build on their side of the green line but not on GM territory.
