They come in Somalia in the sametime, thier roadmape was to deliver in Somalia in 2016 one man one vote; They both failled thier main goal.

That's why Nieck Key asked Secretery general not to renewed his mandate in Somalia so far, but what about Colusow can he understand that he is failer, and give a chance those who are capible to deliver what he couldn't???
