I think it has much more to do with Galmudug & PL existence as federal states than sub sub sub clans dispute over lands.

It is qabiil just like 1991. How is Sacad going to lose badly? First phase the loses were 3 times on the PL side Ciise Maxamud should not mislead the Cumar Maxamud into a fight that they can not win which translates into a win for the Ciise Maxamud.

A/wahab- I know how it happened bro. I talk to Galkacyo directly all the time. This is how it all started :

- Galmudug attacked Puntland workers that were working on a construction site , injuring one and holding one other hostage ( the guy you falsely claimed was pow).

Small puntland forces came and chased the galmudug forces and they are still based in there as of now and in the process killing three.

Galmudug resorted in firing mortars residential areas and in the process killing four and injuring many.

Puntland didn't resort into firing into galmudug areas even though they have superior arms and could have easily done real damage in the heat of the moment.

Puntland insists on building the road and the ball is in galmudug's court. Any other attack will transform into full blow war.

The real fighting will happen soon if no agreement is made
