The entire Togdheer Sool and bari puntland are already financially controled by religous groups who wont hesitate to kneel down for the mujahidin. The number of muslim extremists in Somaliland is no less than the number of hardcore landers. Both alshabaab and IS are very dangarious groups i would rather beg them than waging war against them.
