may be because SL is not fighting AS in southern Somalia with AMISOM (according to you own source) how could I know? The bombers in Hargiesa back in 2008 were from Djibouti, does it mean that Djibouti send them? Similarly, the terrorists who bombed themselves up in Paris lately were from Belgium, why didn't they bomb themselves in Belgium instead of French?
