Sahal is not a bad guy but he is not consistent either. He contradicts himself. Why? Lack of funds and westren support..do you know why IGAD backed hassan against yuulka? So they can keep the donors away from somalia...let me give you example for SL...if silanyo disturbs the democracy process he will lose the westren support and rely on arabs and ethiopia....ethiopia will be happy about this!
