another reason why i dont like federalism,this warlord is giving licenses for just under 1000$ for foreign fishing vessels.
it isnt time to take arms and we are all pirates aka coast guards ,demand the complete confiscation of the ship trawlers,impose hundreds of thousands of random on these illegal aliens. :eat:
