Somalia is a fragile state and if the Somali government supports such celebrations the 'craz' elements aka 'Al-shabaab' will use it against the Somali government. So I say, well played Somali government. ;)

What do they mean they banned it, did they celebrate it before or something and amisoms troops are still going to party at the base no matter what, because they are gaalo.
