If you look at the 2014 UN estimates on the population of Somalia you will see that the entire population of Northern Somalia is approximately 5.34mil million when you include the 700+k people that live in Mudug (mostly Puntlanders). Out of 12.3 million, 5.33mil live in the north between PL and SL.
How can Isaaqs be landheere if that population is split themselves, the Harti and the Gadabuursi and the HG i didn't cut out of Mudug pop.?
They don't even fair well when the are compared against Hartis who I estimated very crudly to number 1.9 million of that 5.34. I had have been very generous to the Isaaq by taking only half of Mudug, Sool and Sanaag as harti, and Bari and Nugaal as full Harti. When you take out the Awdal and Harti pop. you are left with a meagre 2.77mil. When you cut out the half of the mudug pop that I crudely assumed belong to HG you are left with 2.41mil Isaaqs. Bear in mind that these are very very crude estimates that favour the Isaaq very generously. I threw them half of Sool and half of Sanaag lmao.
Harti Sub-sub sub clan for Darood (1.91mil) ~ Entire clan Family of Isaaq (2.77mil)
The hartis of Kismaayo, Bakool, and the Hawd (k5) have been left out. All Madhibaans and minor clans that inhabit the respective administrative regions have assumed to be either Harti or Isaaq accordingly. The few Isaaqs of k5 have been left out.
The fair even worse when compared to The population of k5 is 5.5+ million the last time I checked, and the people that inhabit the region are mostly Darood, principally Darood. Imagine adding the OG's of Bakool and Jubbaland lmao.
It is hilarious when people inflate their populations, and the populations of their cities.
Looking at these statistics makes me wonder how Raxanweyne got away with being designated as a 1.0 clan. It's like they absorbed all the jareer seats or something lmao.
See for yourselves lol. pg31.

Just incase you idiots hadn't realised, Bosaso is 400+k the last time it was checked. I will respond with resources for that when I get a chance.
