Political Power Is Earned Not Given, We Ain't Equals 4.5 My Ass!!!

Somalia: Kismayo talks break down   :som:

These guys cadi ma aha, they live in lala land. Time we let this dawlad collapse and ask African Union troops to pull out of South Central Somalia, and those Clans who can defend themselves from Al Shabaab and rule over their territory independently we will be happy to share equal political power with.
:ugeek:

Puntland and Jubaland refused to agree that lower house be based on 4.5 quota while upper house members will be evenly distributed to interim regional administrations and federal member states.

Kismayo political talks have unraveled on whether Somalia should move away from 4.5 representation system or adopt more enhanced legitimacy option.
Diplomats are telling Garowe Online that a roadmap similar to pre-transition one could be in the pipeline for the war-ravaged East African country.
Puntland and Jubaland are insisting on at least a mixture of regions and clans if not constituencies, something defied by Somalia Federal Government and southern administrations.
As of Saturday morning, officials were working towards a communiqué that could be setting another date for political talks.

when , not if , majertenia ( bari nugaal and north mudug ) is under the control of the HAG led federal government in Mogadishu this would mark the end of clan federalism aka balkanization and the citizens of ex Italian somalia can celebrate the return of peace unity and functioning statehood
