4.5 is backwards and based on caveman mentality. How can you call a large part of the Somali population 0.5, meaning they are worth less than the rest of the population?

The road map clearly stated that this backwards system will be terminated in the future. It seems like many people are back tracking because they have other agendas. You can be rest assured that none of these have Somalia at heart.

Even if Puntland has less than halal intentions for refusing 4.5, they are still in favour of a more practical system based on justice rather than the scourge that destroyed our nation, namely QABIIL!

If we abandon 4.5 then in my opinion we are 1 step towards having a non QABIIL based future and possibly a nation resurgence at some point.
How is it Justice to use District on the electoral when Majeerteen only has more Districts than the entire Hawiye and Digil iyo Mirifle added together. Do you know This Districts were named purely on tribal/Clan in mind? If you think The Somali Milatary government was just in naming Districts, then there would never have been civil War.

Here is a sample,

Habargidir

-Hobyo
-1/2 Gaalkacyo
-Cadaado
-Dhuusa Mareeb
-1/2 Xarardheere

Toal 4 Districts

Majeerteen

Burtinle District
Eyl District
Garowe District
Dangorayo District
Alula District
Bandarbayla District
Bosaso District
Iskushuban District
Qandala District
Qardho District
1/2 Galkayo District
1/2 Jariban District

total 12 Districts

Multiply each District by 3 Mps 3 X 4 =12 MPs Habargidir. Majeerteen 12 X3 = 36 MPs.

Get the fock out of Here
100% Jariban and about 80% galkacyo sxb 8-)

It aint our fault we cover vast Teritory  alhamdulilah

Do you know which tuulos fall under Jariiban District? The capital of Jariban used to be Afbarwaaqo which is 50 KM from the nearest Majeerteen Tuulo. A whole Sacad Clan called Reer Nimcaale live in Jariiban :) Majeerteen only live around Jariiban town and few tuulos closer by. Jariiban comes way closer to Hobyo.

80% of Gaalkacyo? sxb stop reading Puntlandi.com. Gaalkacyo is devided into 4 sections. Majeerteen to the North, HG to the South, Dir, Leylkase and Madhibaan live in the middle
