The international community has a great amount of respect for both Somaliland and puntland, because in the whole of Somalia they are the only two, who rule themselves.

That's true, but if PL left today the amount of foreign aid designed for Xamar will decline
by at least 30%. At that time it was a smart move to establish PL and push Federal system, but today they can
see it's a 0% sum game. PL despite it's wide dessert could've been a fast emerging developing country now by utilizing
their strategic location instead of going back and fourth with Xamar. A price to pay for Daroodnimo I guess.

May I ask what has puntland contributed to this gov't? Soldiers? No. Taxes money? No. Political support? No. Puntland has been nothing but distraction. Any Somali would be more than happy to support puntland leave and form their gov't. I am not a hater but if they don't agree with us and we don't agree with them, why get stack together?
