of course there is a political warfare between Somalia and Kenya,
ON Feb. 5, 2016, Somalia submitted Final documents to the International Court of Justice at The Hague.

Kenya is mad, so this is just frustration.

If i was a Somali minister i would of ban all Kenyan khat airplanes from all Somali government control areas, and if Khat addicts and business get mad, then calll a meeting and send Somali govorment and khad business delegation to Madagascar to sign a new deal between the two countries, Khad is abandon in Madagaskar and is very cheap,

get a cheap deal and change the bussiness and flights from Kenya to Madagasgar.
I recon Somali government listened my advice
