As far I know PL totally depends on the SFG, last case was the bosaso airport facilitated by the pm....he started this project until it was stopped by sh sharif and now he finished it.....security via the SFG police

No security funds for SL but bc of the agreement with the SFG in Turkey, an special arrangements was reached for her under the humanitarian section that's goes to the SL development fund via denmark

Its easy to get money directly and the IC was ready for this since 2012 but the SFG is still tribal and even so unnukaa leh the whole financial system is corrupt
