Shouldn't be an issue, when there is an emergency even big and rich nations open up for aids. but the shame is the desperate attempt to score a cheap political score at time of crises, first by making a press conference to send aid to an allegedly a region within their country,( according to mogdisho) not only that but targeting a specific community while the effected people are found all across Somaliland and Puntland.

Back in 2011 , Somaliland people and the government collected around 1 million $ and didn't made any press conference ,they just showed up at mogdisho airport and didn't specify any tribe or region among other effected southern regions.
