Here is the minister of gaaljecel and their ugaas making cumar dheere a general!! Btw gaaljecel brothers of hiiraan(abtisame)have attended the conference while those who hail from the two shabelle r in jowhar.

This group r after their gaaljecel share as all the govt and regional positions go often to those who hail from middle shabelle (caloofi iyo barsane)

Garguurte has sent his ministers to buuloburde to see if now has conference can be moved to there but the djiboutians did not welcome it since this will put them direct confrontation with the locals in a very isolated place

One of the garguurte officials has said in jowhar yesterday there is a posibility of postponing this federal state to post-2016 elections...that means deeling with them as two governorates under the interior ministry!

Our plan in hiiraan is to elect a non appointed governor...ugaas hassan almost controls every thing including the army whom he picked 300 of them to protect the conference with high wages!
