I am very glad we had HSM, even better if the successive marexaan MP's weren't so short sighted when that old women wails "darood", because we wouldn't even be in this quagmire with that old hag had they not buy this fictitious darood dhabacayo card

They would have got absolutely nothing and simply ignored like the nuisance child that she is, now they at least got something because of the PM post, if this was Shariif, Baadiyo, gheedi or any other doqon HAG he would have signed everything over to them

The biggest losers in this deal is Somaliland, I just cannot begin to fathom how pathetic their political acumen is outside of funding terrorist to destabilize the place, as a result of this deal, Puntland will bring their own representatives from Sool and Sanaag regions, which they have absolutely no jurisdiction over.

2016/7 will be the death of Somaliland unless they wake up fast, using the same policies that have proven not to work time and time again is a sign of insanity. Rahanweyne got 1.0 while they were grouped with DIR under 4.5, all because of their idiotic backward politics. If this continues your going to see in the coming years they will come to the table themselves or forced to with nothing to bargain with.

what about the document shown on this website as the official agreement between SFG and PL, the details of it is different than that in English.

PL can claim Sool and Sanag, as they want, the truth is they can't step a foot 35 km west of garowe without being chased by Somaliland armed forces, they know for their own good those areas are out of their reach, otherwise you would have see them lurking in those areas same way they do in north mudug, but thats not the case here.
they trying to use a counter argument that can stand against Somaliland's official and well known international borders by giving their internal constitution a legal veneer back by SFG.

but whatever deal between SFG and PL is not binding for Somaliland as we never were part of the SFG in 2012 in london or any subsequent meetings.

By the way smoothie,

You can continue crying wolf ,about SLND's false accusations of involvement in destabiling the south, as much as you want, you only wasting your time barking at the wrong tree as well as give us some entertainment when active threads dry up.

couple of days ,i posted a very informative lecture by Prof.Ken Menkhaus who spent almost 3 decades of academic life studying Somalia and horn of africa ( unlike your flip flopping white terrorist reference) , this good Dr. explained in details the findings of his latest research on state building in somalia, which is not of my concern but the later part of his lecture ,interested me, he spoke about the non state armed factors that destabilize mogdisho , and surprise surprise guess what, SLND were not one of these factors but your own kin mad max militias ,even the good Dr dopped ur hutu as mad max militia.

the interesting fact as well, was there are private security organizations and district commissioners in mogdisho see no benefit of stability in this city ,hence they wreak havoc in mogdisho so their business will continue.

I urge every person seeking a non biased analysis to watch this lecture.

Ramzy

That document you posted is in Somali, no signatures whatsoever from dhabacayo propaganda machine, I posted the authentic English document scanned with the signatures of all the representatives which that link doesn't have

As for Somaliland Gas was the guy that kept Siilaanyo out in the rain when he was PM, according to your own version of events they have blocked this supposed addis berbera corridor, contrary to your claim Somaliland is not influenced, your lack of political acumen will soon come to bite you in the ass, keep chewing that khat and will see were it gets you.

The biggest losers in this deal are the Dhulos and Warsengelis.

As it stands, 3 out of the 8 Dhulo MPs in the SFG are hand delivered by Gaas and do not go their Garaads (Saado Ali AUN, and other disgruntled Dhulos sold themselves to Faroole).

With this deal, Gaas will select Dhulo and Warsan MPs.

its a great day for HSM.

I forgot to include them in the losers category, you got to give it to these Gaalo lovers, when it comes to sucking to foreigners they are heads and shoulders above the rest in dhabodilifnimo, The boogey man were fighting HAG card will be played to those Garaad's with a bit $$ and they will shut up.

I see this agreement in light of the previous agreement that after all signatures and photos came to worth less the paper it were written on.

I also see this agreement in light of a girl whose being wedded to an older man she doesn't want but because she has no other option just for the sake of her self-esteem places few superficial conditions on the old man ; waa inu sigaarka iska daayo, waa inu ... ... of which none will be honored after she gets deflowered. :d

My understanding is that waqooyi and PL will have the same equal numbers in the upper house

So they got 3 extra seats per each....These 6 seats r for the disputes region

This can be reviewed if there's some future developments on the case of these regions

Nothing has changed for the house of the people....4.5 to continue

Mps will be elected not just in garowe but in every capital region like kismayo, baydhabo, cadaado etc.

That's why garguurte wants oppoint admins in south of galkacyo apart from baydhabo run by his ally

Gaas and madobe r allies but the latter is not a position to involve in big games bc he needs to fix his house as we seen recently these arrangements made by him and the defense minister...this comes after he accepted 4.5

Of course gaas will have full control on the harti mps since the voting will be taking place in puntlands capital

Garguurtes re-election depends on south of galkacyo regions specially galmudug, hiirshabelle and banadir..we must not allow this.
