As the old elders r picking again the mps in abit different system, we had 4 elders for the 4 samatalis in 2012 picked by a wakiil from our late ugaas. we had no problem with that bc the same elders can work with the current ugaas and we r very united clan but the one who represents jufada reer ugaas whos the uncle of this ugaas have appeared in the list as ugaas cumar mumin ugaas ugaas warfaa this has caused great unger against garguurte so the man was removed from the list

IGAD was brought by garguurte we were prefering UNSOM for its transprancy but I heard the current UN envoy depends more on ethiopia unlike of the old one who was making alot of confrontations

Garguurte is involving IGAD/ethiopia in exchange of getting political backing similar to addis ababa agreement with ahmed madobe but what he doesnt realize is that they can use him against him!

Let us say this clan/subclan lives in more than one region so r fighting on representing this region than that region!

Hawadle always had good relations with the jareer minority as a counter-balance to the gugundhabe clans bc they r found in their side

You have two maamuls aswell. The Jajeele feel so excluded from the Hiiraan-Shabelle committee that they decided to form Westland State.

If you are not after long lasting peace in Hiiraan and Shabelle, what's the point in making a exclusively Xawaadle maamul. There's no point.

In Galmudug everyone if fairly represented. Even minorities such as Tumaal and Madhibaan are present in the Galmudug parliament. That's the only place in Somalia where everyone is fairly represented. Once the peace conference is over with Ahlu Sunnah the region will prosper.

Don't even bother mentioning Galgaduud Sare state, that's a Puntland "daroodia" initiative being forced on to us, which failed miserably. The people of Cabudwaaq and Balanbale came out in numbers in support of Galmudug and renounced this foreign initiative. Again Puntland tried but this time with Liyuu to try to install the fake paper maamul; they were karbaashed by our mighty Geeljires inside Kilil5.
The future is looking great for Galmudug.



This one qabiil dominated maamul has never worked and it will never work. Look at these examples:
In Somaliland, you have Isaaq dominated maamul.
In Puntland, a MJ dominated maamul.
How many oppositions are there to these maamuls, Khaatumo, Awdal and now North Eastern State.

I have nothing against my Xawaadle brothers but lakiin waa ceeb inaadan wax u ogolaan dadka kale ee Hiiraan kula dega kursi. Yes you are majority in Hiiraan but for you to say "unuka lee iska leh Hiiraan cid kale Ma degto" is absolutely wrong.
Yo can't also lump Gaaljecel as the main cause of the problem and al shayadiin supporters that's wrong.

Before making a maamul you must bring all clans together like Galmudug did. Then allow the elders to chose the parliament. From there you can elect a regional head.

You can't anywhere if you exclude all the other clans.
A few months ago they were fighting in Beledweyne. Thankfully Cabdikariin Xuseen and other members of dawlada made a peace deal.

Now it's up to you to make long lasting peace and build an all inclusive maamul.
