Would they as the core of Hawiye clan family agree to either move the national capital to a non-hawiye city or keep virtual balkanization aka clan federalism for our nation

Obviously move the capital to say Bosaso in return for ending our country's 25 year disintegration

moving the capital is like hutus telling an amisom guy to shoot them in the head. why would they do that they have the capital having the capital brings in money and it brings the president hutus should keep Mogadishu as the capital patriotims iyo waxaas yaaa u bahaan when u make 300 millIon dollars in aid every single year
