There is no big difference between 15 and 13.
Altogether mudulood got 23 seats.
Xawaadle got 13 seats.

Sumu, those quotas are wrong. They haven't decided yet. I'm pretty sure the proposal thus far is an equal number of seats for Abgaal/Hawadle. Presidency for Hawadle, VP for Abgaal, Speaker for Gugundhabe. Although I doubt the whole initiative will actually work.

We should be following this issue closely. I like to see Hiiraan to remain solo entity.

We also need to ensure the Hawiye do not loot any Rahanwein lands.

Does this project have the blessing of Southwest State or is Mr Sakin too busy licking his fingers from calooley?

Regional bodies need to observe it especially Ethiopia since the border between Somalia (south) and Ethiopia was never demarcated. I believe it's better to deal with each state separately.

Who cares, just build something.

If I was the deal breaker I would ask every tribe how many seats do you deserve. I will force them to give me a # notarize that shit and get them on the record. Even if the total seats become 200+ I don't care, its not like that shit will make a difference, I will tell them this is volunteer work. No salary  Iskaa wax uqabso, I will show you these niggas fleeing for their lives :russ:

The beautiful people of rer aw xasan are not haawiye. They are sheikhal also some claim ashraf.
I don't know about that.
Sheikhaal are Martiile hiraab the 3 rd son of Hiraab. He is older than Maxamuud Hiraab (Duduble). If Sheikhaal is not hawiye, then HG, Mudulood and Duduble are not hawiye as well. stop being dumb.

1- Abgaal 15
7- Moobleen 3

8- Ciise Muddulood 3

9- Hiilibi 2
All this are sub-clans of Mudulood with Abgaal being their wagon driver. Its a lie that they are only dividing themselves to get more seats to cheat Xawaadle but mobileen, hiilibi and Ujeejeen are Abgaal cheer leaders.

Ciise Mudulood is Ujeejeen- Aadan Cadde and Tarsan clan. They are the original occupiers of Shabelle Hoose.

All these clans don't exist in reality except two who matter in both regions

If one of them rejects it won't work. Simply as that.

I don't wanna to go too far but we all know tabarta some guys who lost their own....They don't dare to mess with hiiraan

As for this list. Waa qabiil qabiil waxa u qaybinaya. Odawaa is in cadaado to become an mp, garguurte is like just reelect me and he doesn't care shit

So they let these odayaal who come from xamar to divide the cake between themselves kkkkk.

Hiiraan will declare autonomous state.

Col laqanyo is the new president

I doubt this list will be acceptable. Abgaal or HAG needs to come to term with reality.
