The funniest part of all this is Farax Cabdulkadir wants the seat based on getting it because now he claims that Reer Ow Xasan are Sheikhal and Hawiye and since they were denied a seat in both GalMudug and Jubbaland, this is the last chance. Ciise Mudulood seat does not come from shanta culimo but rather from the division within Mudulood and Ciise Mudlood vote with their fellow Mudulood as a block. Mudulood is probably the most united Hawiye subclan when it comes to vote .
