People on this part of Somalia should prioritize digging wells and reserving rain waters, but where is the help from so- called Government and the corrupt Mps? Ilaahey baa u maqan. Allow u sahal umuuraha.

No government is coming to help, people should all move to coastal cities, abundant supply of fresh water, digging water wells is an absolute nightmare in these places especially the level of depth you need to get to for drilling, it costs way too much money at $150K a pop.
People previously avoided coastal areas because of the threat of brutal invasions by foreign navies which happened to Somalia several times, but things have changed now, soon with all the roads being built to link to Hobyo port from Goballade Dhexe, these people will all move to Hobyo.
We are already working on getting several water well rigs to Hobyo which are already on there way to the destinations, it's time to start from scratch and build the coastal cities.

Indeed Smooth, living on the coast and farming is the solution for the Somali people, starvation shouldn't be possible with the abundance of sea food.

Its not lack wells and water its lack of greens, Animals can only survive ony drinking water x amound of day before they die. this people are from the western Galgaduud and have well established wells in fact they have more wells then the eastern Galgaduud,, they only took to their animals and pay lots of travel money to ship them to greener river lands for the firet time just to save some of their sturving animals because lack of grass to feed the animals after the land dry out, there is nothing can be done unless they save dry grass during rainfalls
