Fah, this is not lattakia, not even aleppo where you have palestinian pockets such as mukhayam haydarat and the kurds who contributed to its siege, closest pro-regime spot is the zahraa neighboutrhood of homs. the whole homs desert are found pro-daesh towns and bedouin tribes. regime media calls it ربط الاوصال بين خلايا داعش النائمة
connecting daesh peripheries
in this region, they act like the islamic courts..its not outside attack. last time when daesh captured al qaryatayn, stright maheen and hawaren have declated their allegiance to daesh

that why regime has first secured palmyra from the west side before al qaryatayn

why they support daesh? they r against the NDF from the christian sadad, maloula in qalamoun

the bedoun are at war with the druze in eastern suwayda

plus the bedouns sell the daesh oil to suwayda and from there the druz distribute it to the regime-held areas like damascus. its called daesh mazoot

so in this isolation, the russians have rejected any deployment of local/sunni militias for their own safety. the only militias in there were from lattakia and hizbullah. to defend a town you need local forces. thats why its impossible for the regime to control tadmur

this article was published last may and has predicted alot

russia has become against the blood thirst iran and assad and is cooperating more with turkey. iran wants to bomb the shit out of the rebels in idlib but russia said no. thats why iran was evacuating the shia from kifraya and fua for fear of retaliation

after this they turned on wadi barada and eastern ghouta

rumours says russia is threatening with an alawite general if assad refuses their deal with turkey.

500 eastern aleppo fighters have been moved to al bab. so how is aleppo useful to assad if rebels r moving to another area? assad has no more control in syria
Assad replaced with an Alawi general? Come on bro that's not happening.

Iran definitely wants an offensive in Idlib. But I think Russia needs to coordinate with Turkey which has a firmer hand on the rebels. Russia also wants to dictate things to the Trump administration.

russia has now assad by the balls and they have ground troops inside aleppo that why they started negotiating alone with the rebels and turkey

assad negotiates with russia

the more russians move in the more assad loses power...they can easily cooperate with any general

russians r not move in to keep order, its a win for them

there will be a ceasefire in all rebel-held area including idlib, wadi barada, ghouta....no more nusra stuff

this indeed is in the interests of rebels...all russia wants is to keep aleppo and they have seen the fall of palmyra for the second time

now its about to negotiate from a strong point

gulf peoples have collected nearly 1 billion for aleppo....huge muslim backlash and the killing of the russian ambassador....

there r two options....aleppo rebels have been moved to al bab...then manbej, raqa...all eastern syria will be turkish influence

russia will keep aleppo and damascus....ceasefire for the rest....then transitional govt

russia cares about its interests so there will be a turkey-russia deal...assad will go by next year

this will include the US

today they added saudia arabia to the negotiation process!

Where do Egyptian peace keeping troops go?
Egyptian peace keeping in syria has been circulating for months but looks like now egypt is willing to do. regime sources say there is an intiative sent to the UN for deploying egyptian, chinese and armenian peace keeping troops in aleppo. cause of manpower shortage regime wants to depend on friendly countries in the liberated areas

turkey deal with russia is coming to realization. regime and russia met today kurdish leaders in the russian a hamim base and told them there is no such thing as federation of nothern syria and asked them to change the rojava name

Turkish FM claims that turkey has been considering al nusra as a terrorist group since 2013 lol

sahal this is nothing new, what you said was said by the Russians back in 2013 before they intervened,
and in 2015.
Assad will be forced to go, a transitional government including Sunni Millitants will be created .

Russians do not care who rules syria, as long as there is stability and the west is out.

The west isn't talking about the rebels poisoning Damascus water supply.

These activists and White Helmets saying Assad bombed his water

russkies have full control on syria since they have now ground troops. called kurdish leaders for a meeting at al hamim base and informed them to denounce their rojave name. they are known now as "syrian nothern province" الاقليم السورى الشمالى

manaf talas a friend of mahir al assad and the son of
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mustafa_Tlass

said he will go back to syria in 6 months to lead a military transitional govt prepared by the russians. his mission is to make reconciliations, enhance sunni interests, get rid of the security agencies....

looks like bashar will be replaced by mahir

manaf is backed by france and saudi arabia....they had house in france so hes french-educated

sahal with the false promises for years. assad isn't going anywhere, get used to him. aleppo is liberated, latakia is secure, damascus is secure, there is a saa offensive taking place in eastern ghouta and northern damascus countryside, palmyra will be retaken soon with russian assistance, while fsa/turkey/kurds are doing assad's dirty work for him by fighting daesh and at the same time fighting each other.

iran is becoming more and more irrelevant. russia and turkey are the key players in syria now and that was confirmed by the un endorsing their jointly proposed ceasefire deal. iran is there to supply revolutionary guards and galvanize the various shia militias fighting in syria.

hezbollah and other shia militias aren't even the most prominent pro-govt militias anymore with the rise of liwa al quds who were deeply involved in the liberation of aleppo.

assad will welcome erdogan now as he's on a russian leash. earlier he was saying he's going into to syria to topple the assad regime, then when russia checked him he said he's in syria to fight daesh. his agenda is to fight daesh and minimize kurdish influence on the turkey/syria border. assad is in a very strong position at the moment.

you know whats funny.
If free and fair democratic elections were held today with international observers, Assad would win hands down with a better majority than elections in western european countries, where some government get by with 30% of the vote, hell Kulmiye got into power with less than 40% of the votes.

Its because of demographics, minorities like the alawi, shia , kurds and christians made up around 40% of the population.
nearly all refugees are sunnis because sunnis can run, if an alawi or christian tried to run they would have to go through rebel territory and wouldnt make it.
This means demographics inside syria have twisted even more towards minorities and they fully unequivocally support assad.

Sunnis are so divided it would be an impossible task to unite them into 2 or 3 parties,
there would be over a dozen sunni parties and they will lose the election.

it will be like SYL in somalia.

the new username

iran doesnt care of assad or even syria, it cares more of hizbullah and south lebanon(al muqawama card) so a any no game changer deal in syria that secures its south lebanon interests it will accept it

what iran is against it is an ideological change in syria and not giving her passage to hizbullah

egypt wants the same thing(arab card against israel) remember octobar war? its like why eritrea is against the somali govt to keep ethiopia busy in somalia

despite what you think of egypt it has some national security interests and ethiopia allowing israel to have an observer seat in the AU is against egypt

i believe 100% percent that its over for the alawites but we will see first some transitional govt

you dont have an army and you need to have a new army

hizbullah will be sent back to lebanon

manaf will get rid of the security agencies, that alone will make the regime fall

manaf has left syria bc he refused the security solution of the crisis
مناف طلاس: تمنيت لو أن الأسد أصغى إليّ.. وكنت أعتبر الحل الأمني انتحارا للنظام

now hes free and will get rid of the security agencies. russia, france, saudia and turkey agree on him leading the trabsitional govt. what choice has assad?

if assad didn't leave when he was at his lowest point 3 years ago, why would he leave now that he has the upper hand? nothing you just said made any sense. the fsa is the weakest party in the syrian conflict and they made their own grave when they allowed jihadists to infiltrate them. they don't have any legitimacy.

once this latest ceasefire collapses and i'm sure it will, assad needs to focus his attention on idlib. idlib is key to cutting the head off of the snake that is the fsa. the kurds/turks/daesh will be in a three way fight. he will let the turks and kurds eliminate daesh for him in syria while russia continues its air strikes against them.

fsa is weak and they're at the mercy of the kurds and turks. with erdogan softening up his stance towards assad and the kurds having a silent understanding with the regime, the rebels will be between a rock and a hard place.

Assad has a water crisis in Damascus due to JFS, White Helmets, and all these other groups. I'm not sure how strong he can be if he can't even secure water for his capital city.

russia rejected assad making a victory speech in aleppo bc of turkey kkkkk this is the man you think he has some control over syria
