The Somali gov cant have every tom and jerry making deals with foreign countries. If UAE wants a deal it needs to go trough the right channels.
Whats the right channel, when your government don't even control mugdisho lol
This the reality of Somalia, and no country wants to deal with it.

Somaliland has all to benefit from this deal. It seems like Mogadishu wants Somaliland not to prosper so they would be forced to re-unify.

This the reality of Somalia, and no country wants to deal with it.
A recognized goverment is recognized. At this point thats all that matters legally but reality on the ground is different and Somali gov cant force SL directly I give you that but it dont necessary have to.
