Every deal Somaliland tried to sign with foreign companies/countries Somalia had interjected and tried to
Stop it from happening.

Now one thing I never understood is how will that bring back Somaliland into the fold, it will only drive them away further from reunification.

UAE can face legal actions. You see you cannot ignore the fact a country is recognized. There is boundaries you have to respect in international law. The port deal and base will only be implemented with the consent of the Somali gov. If not then UAE will pull out.

International Law did not stop Libya, Iraq, Yemen and Syria from being destroyed.

You will find NO solace in International Law, nor will you find any tools in it to help with your
