Fake news.

Farmaajo has a lot on his plate and a "peace" conference is the last thing to focus on. His first step should be to pay, pay, pay, pay the f-king army and police. Recruit more, train more and equip the military and police accordingly. Then defeat the terrorists and spread the rule of law beyond Mogadishu. Once that's achieved then you can create a conference of reconciliation.
