HAS HASSAN KHAYRE BROKEN THE CONSTITUTION?

Postby BarreLoyalist0 » Sat Feb 25, 2017 2:49 am

It seems that the new PM Hassan khayre has broken the constitution first day after he was named the PM. some of the reasons on why he did and what are your thoughts:

1. since Khayre has not been sworn in it is unconstitution for him to meet foreign diplomats to represent the government... he met the British ambassador.

2. as per the constitution CCC remains the PM and the head of government until khayre is approved and sworn in according to article 104 of the constitution.

3. he already named himself as the PM on Twitter even though he is yet to be approved.

The Prime Minister is the Prime Minister when named and until he gets a vote of no confidence.

He will go for a vote of confidence when he names his government.

He has complete disregard for the constitution. He is only PM designate, but has already met with the British ambassador. Maybe it was to discuss the Soma Oil deal and contract!
