Faroole atleast paid his soldiers on time and was more or less reliant on his clan. Unlike Gaas, Cisse Riyoole are much more prudent when it comes to sami qaybsi and wadashaqayn. Under Faroole, Puntland administred Garowe I and II agreement s with Sheikh Shariff, and managed to keep Cadaado neutral. Heck he even had great co operation with Afweyne iyo Tiffow, the president of the now defunct Ximan Xeeb state.

Gaas is completely reliant on PIS and Ethiopia, has no charismah, managed to piss off Dhulloz, Warsangelis, Leelkase, Ogaden Axmed Madoobe and Farmaajo.

He is short sighted failure of a President and needs to be impeached!
