ciidanka hadii la habeeyo cunaqabataynta waa la qaadayaa sanad ka soo socda. state walbe waxaa loo dhisayaa 5,000 ciidan. two US miliary bases one in central somaia and the other in balidoogle wich will offer aerial support for the SNA. this is already starting in galmudug

this govt is backed by the west considering its popularity among the people so UNDP released first wages since 8 months and over 6000 police have been paid but from now on tge GOV will pay the army from the muqdishu budget wich is huge( $8m per month) but was just going for corruption
SNA is from GLK to kismayo. PL have local darwish forces.

Integrate all local forces into SNA.
Ban soldiers from waving flags that aren't the somali flag.
Centralization is very easy to accomplish the only stiff states are puntland and Somaliland.
