He was meeting with US officials including the CIA and EU to discuss not only drought and the elections but the UAE military base in Berbera.

Great man needs his swig of rum to do away with his enemies. You just gave me one more reason to like the man. Who needs a leader who can't socialize with the world and have a shot or two to break the ice.
