My dhulo aunty has a relative that has been tortured and is currently wrongly imprisoned by this state. No amount of money would make these change their minds.

I wouldn't be surprised if the guy is truly innocent.

In lame man term hawiye aka hutus are savages and beggers why would they plea for criminal locked up in prison just because he is hutu decent.

Idoor wouldn't survive for lng had they had hawyie as neighbors. Thank God for that . It takes a tough man to live beside them.

I had a cousin who got arrested at the Hargeisa airport after being returned from Libya after a failed tahriib. The Qawdhans at the airport asked him his qabiil and once they found out he was not Issaq arrested him. They demanded he call his relatives in Xamar to send them $1000 bribe so that they would release him. He called them and his relatives complained to these Issaq businessmen who live in Xamar. They called Hargeisa and insisted that the guy be freed because they knew that there would be repercussions.
