In #Somalia, just 3,138 officers (army+police) are annually earning $13,418,400 which is over 20% of total security budget! Value for money?

the 55 generals & bregadier generals and 426 colonels & Lt. colonels on the payroll. That's free cash who are at average of $350 per month salary meanwhile the soldiers are unpaid
