The govt. cannot integrate every armed group, simply because there isn't sufficient budget. It even cannot manage to pay the salaries of the SNA.Ahlusunna can easily be disintegrated. The first step would be to incorporate them into Galmudug. Since the set up is already along tribal lines, they will simply disintegrate along their tribal lines. the most important step would be to disarm them and integrate their soldiers into SNA.

Galmudug needs to liberate Dhusamareb. ASWJ attacked Galmudug last year joining DDSI and Pl. I urged GM at that time to pursue them to Dhusamareb instead of listening to the Odeeyal from that town who were sent by ASWJ to prevent the liberation of that town.
