out all of the Somali states yours has the most challenges.I know it's the newest that's you can't afford divisions. Now let's see how a good of statesman he is
kkkk niyahow adiga cuqdad ayaad dekadaha bc of boosaso port ka qabtaa i have seen you saying before hiirshabbelle doesnt have access to the sea. risqiga allaha ayaa haya.I am very skeptical about the talk of building new ports. Port infrastructure is incredibly expensive. Even a small jetty port will rack up a bill of tens of millions of dollars. And not only are these ports incredibly expensive, they are economically unfeasible. How on earth are you going to build a new port in a place like Ceelmacaan, right beside an existing port that has had hundreds of millions poured into it recently???
There is probably space for only for 1 more port in Somalia, and that is in Mudug. This probably won't materialise until either PL and GL build infrastructure in their respective towns of Garacad and Hobyo, in addition to becoming more stable.
Airports and ports are very different in terms of cost. Every maamul can easily build its own airport. Especially an airstrip.mooryaantaan dawladnimo waxba kama yaqaanaan 28 years of lawlessness bay ku dhashteen. dekeda waa inay meel dhexdhexad ah ku taal, waa inaysan caasada ciriirin waayoo lacagta lagu dhisayo ayaga malaha marka waa inay meel fiican ku baxdoSahal this not how to build a viable state. there r $300 million for maamulada. based on the ethiopian agenda each state should have access to the sea and the EU always fund the vision like the federalism
ceelmacan port is very easy to build it but we dont wanna it. mogadishu port used to be gulf so it was difficult to build it bc the water was not deep. middle shabelle is very deep and the ship can come closer.
the need for the central hopyo port is existential and there was alot of efforts to build it by the italians but they all stumbled against the refusal of qabilist barre regime. his qabiilist strategists have told him that it will empwer HG economically following some arab philosophy that says starve your dog and it will follow you! جوع كلبك يتبعكAirports and ports are very different in terms of cost. I have no prejudice in this respect. It is unreasonable to build another new port in the lower central regions since they are so close to Mogadishu. The cost to benefit is very low. A highway is a much better idea than that.
Like I said before, there is probably room for only one more port, and that is in Mudug. This probably won't materialise given track of security, infrastructure, and population. Garacad and Hobyo are toolos at the moment, there is no highway connecting them to anywhere, no hospitals etc....
Can you link this document you are talking about ?

Chewing too much does that to a muqayil. Wax khaad ka dhergey ayaa hogaminaya ayaga dhan. The Ugaas is muqayil too.this president should focus on the real issues and not talk about former presidents.why is he focusing his attention away?
i was against him at first but i found out alot of secrets it i used to pm some of my friends like Even and smooth before ali osoble said it. there were Feederal member states like PL, JL, GM, KG in madasha and they made "qorshe qaran" wich is their needs supmitted to the westren donors. ok? Hiraan and middle shabelle though being in the process of federalism was ignored. we had the governors in there and they represent the govt not the regions. After the building of a port for KG in barawe, the statement jumps on exoanding mogadishu port!this president should focus on the real issues and not talk about former presidents.why is he focusing his attention away?
