The Militias should be trained,mixed up, and deployed different regions of the country as SNA.

the tribal militia have heavy weaponry and want hard currency in exchange for them, the government is doing the right thing we cannot have heavily armed tribal militias in the capital, they will clash with each other and innocent lives will be lost. This move is to improve the stability in Mogadishu.

there wont be professional army this will take 20 years. watch the video i posted at 15:00

what they r trying is to make these forces loyal to them by paying them and appointing for them commanders

this army was formed under the TFG sharif, and SFG garguurte so 70% are abgaal

besides this, each commander and district commissioner has his own militias. for example under former security minister omar hashi some hawadle forces were deployed in xamar led by col cageey then they were moved to lower shabelle as the city was liberated last time i checked they were based in qoryooley but may went back to hiiraan. we got police in xamar under general mukhtar the deputy police commander

there were indhacade, xamar ahlusunna, ina macalin nuur taliyaha zaadka, district militias, warlords who act as district commissioners like ahmed daaci. as you reach middle shabelle there is guuto HG, guuto abgaal, guuto biimaal

so all of them act as dawlad but they r not cohesive and coherent

there r troops who r loyal to foreign countries like the UAE


al shabaab puy their rasaas from commanders within the army also use the warlords arms strores to avoid been noticed so if you put the army directly under the state they will have hard time

if you mix all these troops in xaafadaha then you can make alot of check points to make for al shabab harder

alshabab dont attack without coordination with the army. they have three groups; agents who bribe the commanders they paid them via cardka xawaalada, these guys send the soldiers somewhere else like muqaayad, marfash to open the way for them. next sahan/ استطلاع car goes there followed by the attackers/ the bombers car from far. if the sahan car sees the troops still there they will tell the bombers to go back and they will call the agent who will call the commander. it happened before a commander who took the money told them fk off but they contacted hormuud and cancelled the money bc its sent by mobile
