Siyad Barre's forces as they fled south bombed the factory but they didn't completely destroy it.

Now, Somaliland business folks are funding to bring it back to operation.

To be honest If this was located 26 years war ridden Mogadishu City then it would of been rebuild ages ago. Mogadishu residences are the quickest to rebuild any war damage.

Pizza house stormed few days ago by AS, its already been renovated and might come back even better in just few days

I am not talking about a private business like a shop or hotel which depends on the owner's ability more than anything else.

But when it comes to Warshadii Sonkarta ee Jowhar, Warshadii Caanaha, Warshadii soo saari jirtay Xaashi Laxoox (Exercise Books)... Warshadi Fuel Refinery (one of the most expansive). Safaaradihii Aduunka oo dhamaan xataa garaa'idka (Re-bar) lagala baxay concreteka.

Rebuild ages ago to crumble again. What's the point. AS has destined everything in Xamar to crumble.

We moved on friend, Ex government own factories are been privatized. Mogadishu moved from single government entity ownership who only serve corrupted individuals to private local ownership that is where we at now.

ex Fuel Refinery is completely destroyed and rebuild from scratch by collective Mogadishu business community and Mogadishu residents are also shareholders.

there are many large and small scales factories across all Mogadishu alone providing from printing books, cloths, building, soft drinks, many Milk etc, Mogadishu local people own it and they are benefiting it.

So what do you propose we do? Roll over and give in? And let our house burn? While our families who are escaping war in Yemen are being held hostage at berbera port, and the Ethiopian and Yemenis who are the enemies of Soomaalis are given entry?

We will rebuild until we can't anymore, we will wipe al shabaab of the face of this planet.

And we do xisabtaan with every one who took advantage of our position.
