Galmudug, Hirshabeele and SWS are the only Federal states who get monthly budget of 150k..
that's: 1.8M per year. PL and JL didn't complain then...
The Federal states who generate comfortable income from ports like JL and PL were given the priority since they don't get any monthly budget from the SFG and since they'll pay the most taxes in the future.
PL and JL have got more population, income and land than> Galmudug, Hirshabeele and SWS.
Hawiye have been looting the international aid money for the past 9 years, they should be ashamed of themselves wlhi.

Don't blame Farmajo. I am not going to knock him because he is Darood. The issue here is lack of capacity and foolishness of the HAG leadership. They had two great opportunities to elect competent leaders for Galmudug and Hiirshabelle. They chose the least capable men . In Galmudug's case they rejected a highly qualified competent Professor Shirwa for a geriatric old man. This guy is supposed to compete with AbdiWeli Gaas.

Farmajo is Darood and does not take HAG for granted but if you don't have an executable plan to give to him what do you expect? If HAG should blame anyone blame HSM who did nothing to prepare Galmudug and Hiirshabelle.
