This is what happened when Khaatumo skipped the middle man the cosa nostra warmongers and talked directly to their adversaries. As we all know by now the Criminal State commonly referred to as Puntland and their affiliates are the biggest obstacle to peace and reconciliation. This is another set back for these crooks. And this can be used as a blueprint for finding lasting peace and even reconciliation between Hawiye brothers and Reer Waqooyi. After all Hawiye and Isaaq mistrust can be traced back to criminal state's propaganda and their affiliates fermenting political and economic instability.
