PL army is now struggling against 1-2 hundred al-Shabaab forces at Galgala. Imagine how they would fare against 1000 al-Shabaab forces. If al-Shabaab forces can breach military bases (which they've done in Somalia & PL), then local forces are weak. That's why maamul goboleeds have to rely on foreign military support for survival.
