Shabelle close to flood stage

It has been heavily raining in hirshabelle in the last two days. This is the dayr season.

kkk it floods so high and washes away every thing even flows above the bridge.


what we need is a big DAM north of the towns to divert the floodwaters away from downtown and then linking them behind the town.

We have such project in the nothern outskirts of baladweyne at a place called hiilokelyo
"Constructing concrete river embankment at Hilokalyo village to redirect"

Maybe ethiopia is proportioning the water and releases on us a sea of waters when its rainy and doesnt need them
