The gov authority is limited to Banaadir or Actually parts of xamar (villa somalia, port and airport neighbourhoods). This is the worst crisis since AY era. lol im sure this is conspiracy theory bc i know the situation and how farmaajo was calling madoobe telling him how he hijacked his job. Madoobe did not want to sound anti-Farmaajo so he placed his pic on the meeting hall. Wanna say govt is there as a decore.
